As we are a Turkish-registered company and we only offer holiday accommodation and do not sell package holidays, we are not required to hold an ATOL licence- even with an ATOL licence, there is no protection offered for accommodation-only bookings. Similarly, ABTA does not apply to us as we are a Turkish-registered company who do not sell other companies’ products.
