Our website contains detailed information on our portfolio and associated services. We intentionally do not provide the ability to book online as our offering is somewhat more than simply a holiday. Key to our philosophy is that our team have an in-depth knowledge of our portfolio and regions. Options<\/h5>\n

We are happy to hold an option on one booking, for two working days, whilst you finalise your plans (three days if the following year). We reserve the right to automatically release all options after three working days. <\/p>\n

Options can be held by telephone or email in all cases, are only considered held once a reference number is issued. In order to allow us to present our full portfolio at all times, should you decide against proceeding with the booking for any reason, we would kindly ask that you contact us within the two day period to release the option. <\/p>\n

Confirming a Booking<\/h5>\n

By Phone<\/strong> – We would be delighted to have the opportunity to discuss your prospective holiday with you and would welcome your call to finalise your booking.<\/p>\n

Email <\/strong>  – We are equally happy for you to book by email. Once received, we will respond promptly to discuss your holiday choice with you and finalise your booking.<\/p>\n

Please note: that in all cases a booking is confirmed only when a Booking Number has been issued.<\/p>\n

Payment Terms<\/h5>\n

Initial Booking Deposit:<\/strong> In order to confirm the booking a deposit is due for 30% of the accommodation cost. The 30% is calculated from the accommodation cost as displayed in this website prior to any offers that may be applicable.<\/p>\n

A deposit is NOT required for: additional guests staying in the same room or villa, or any ancillary services provided by Kalkan Villas  Car Hire (any external services that may be requested are due as relevant).<\/p>\n

Balance Payment: <\/strong>The balance for the entire booking is due in full 8 weeks prior to departure and therefore for any bookings made within that period.<\/p>\n

Payment<\/strong>: Can be made by Bank Transfer or Credit Card.<\/strong><\/p>\n

We take Visa  and MasterCard credit cards<\/strong>. <\/p>\n

Booking Form & Booking Conditions<\/p>\n

We do not require a Booking Form to be completed.
